Can I pay my credit card bill online?
You can pay your credit card bill online free of charge. Online payments submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) will be posted to your account the same day. Payments submitted after 5:00 p.m. CT will be posted the next business day. Additionally, you have the option to schedule auto payments. At our discretion, availability of funds may be delayed to ensure any payment(s) received have cleared.

How do I find my account number and routing number?
Use the sample check below to locate the account number and routing number of the account you will be using to make the payment to your credit card account online. Your bank routing number will be 9 digits long. Your bank account number will vary in length. It may be shorter or longer than the example shown below.

Note: The routing number printed on your check will be correct in most cases. Some banks are using a separate routing number to process electronic payments. Please check with your bank if you have any problems using the routing number printed on your check.

Will my online payment post to my account today?
Online payments submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) will be posted to your account the same day. Payments submitted after 5:00 p.m. CT will be posted the next business day. You can pay your credit card bill online free of charge. At our discretion, availability of funds may be delayed to ensure any payment(s) received have cleared.

Can I change or delete my online payment once I've submitted it?
Yes. You may delete or change a current pending payment prior to 3:45 p.m. Central Time (CT) on the day the payment will post. After 3:45 p.m. CT, payments posting that night cannot be changed or deleted.

Can I schedule more than one online payment in advance?
Yes, you may schedule multiple future payments to come out over a period of 180 days or you can schedule reoccurring auto payments for each month.

Will my online payment affect my AutoPay?
Yes. Online payments made to your account will reduce your AutoPay amount unless the additional payment is made within five days of your due date. If your online payment is made within this time frame, it will not reduce the AutoPay amount. If you have any questions or need more information, Contact us at 877-349-9226.

Can I make an online payment from my savings account?
Yes, we will accept payments from a savings account. However, your bank must allow the draft. Check with your bank to determine if a draft from your savings account is allowed.

Yes, your credit card(s) are good through the last day of the month.

Can I allow another family member to use my credit card?
The family member must first be added to your account as an authorized user. Requests to add a family member or other persons to your account as an authorized user can be requested through Cardmember Services at

An authorized user may make purchases on the account and has limited account maintenance functionality.

What should I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
If you lose your card, contact our 24-hour Cardmember Services immediately at 877-349-9226. We will block your account and issue you a replacement card.

How far back can I obtain credit card account information?
Up to 12 months of transaction activity will be available online. Any transactions posted to your credit card account since the last statement will also be available.

What if I want to dispute a charge on my statement?
If you have a problem with the quality of merchandise or services that you have purchased with your QuikTrip Credit Card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, call us at 877-349-9226, go online to quiktrip.fdecs.com or write us at First Bankcard - Dispute Requests P.O. Box 2988 Omaha, NE 68103-2988 to dispute the transactions.

What security measures does QuikTrip.fdecs.com use?
We use advanced encryption techniques, including Secure Socket Layer technology, to protect the information you provide to us over the Internet. You can tell that the session is secure when you see a locked padlock displayed at the bottom of most browser windows. In addition, before displaying any transaction activity information online, we verify the identity of the cardholder, using the sign in or in enrollment information.
